2. What data do we process and why?

• Participation in the “Rally for Health”: We process your first name, surname, email address, postal address and telephone number for the purposes of organising the event and communicating with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
• Image: We publish photos and videos from the Run on our website and on social media for promotional purposes (based on your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
• Newsletter: If you have subscribed, we will send you information about multiple myeloma and the Foundation’s activities (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
• Contact: The data provided via the forms is used to process your enquiries (legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

3. Recipients of your data

We only share your data with trusted third parties: hosting providers, newsletter services, and the rally’s technical partners. Your data will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long do we keep your data?

• Newsletter and Image: Until you withdraw your consent.
• Data from the Rally: For the period necessary to settle the event or until claims become time-barred.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, to have it erased (‘the right to be forgotten’), to restrict processing, and to data portability. You may also object to the processing.

• You may withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. via the link in the email), without this affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
