FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions about participating in the “Rally for Health”?

We’ve compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions about registration, accommodations, travel routes, souvenir packages, and in-person and remote participation. If you can’t find the information you need here, please contact us—we’re happy to help: rajd@fundacjacarita.pl

To join the Rally, click the “Join the Rally” button, which can be found in several places on our website. You will be redirected to the B4SPORT portal, where you can register for the event. This is the only official way to secure your spot on the starting list.

This year, we’ve changed the registration process and moved it entirely to the external B4SPORT system. To participate in the rally, you have to register for our event there. Registration via the form on the old website is no longer available.

Purchasing a souvenir package is entirely optional and is not required to participate in the rally. You can register and take part in the event without purchasing a package. The package is simply an optional souvenir for interested participants.

Hotel reservations are available exclusively to patients, their relatives, and medical staff during registration process. All other participants must arrange their own accommodations. Once you have selected the hotel option, please be patient—we will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us at rajd@fundacjacarita.pl.

Bicycle rentals are available exclusively to patients, their family members, and medical staff. Due to the limited number of bicycles available, requests will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis; once you select this option, please wait for our confirmation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at rajd@fundacjacarita.pl.

No, the Rally is a nationwide—and even global—event, and you can participate from anywhere. All you need to do is register “remotely” and, on the day of the event, complete any route in your area, of whatever length you choose. If you decide to get a souvenir package, we’ll send it to you via courier. We want you to feel like a full-fledged part of our initiative, no matter how far you are from Poznań.

We publish all the organizational details on a dedicated webpage

Information is being added to the site on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to check back regularly and keep an eye on the news section. That way, you can be sure you won’t miss any important announcements before the launch.

If an error occurred during registration, please send the correct information to rajd@fundacjacarita.pl. Our team will make the necessary corrections in the system and contact you if needed. Please be sure to include the first and last name of the person to whom the request applies in the message.

Of course! The beauty of our Rally lies in the fact that patients, their loved ones, doctors, and people with no connection to the disease—who simply want to show their support—ride side by side. During the event, it’s often hard to tell who is a patient and who isn’t, because everyone is united by a common goal and positive energy. We warmly invite anyone who wants to be part of this unique initiative.

Of course! We’re full of enthusiasm and energy, so even bad weather won’t stand in our way. Just like last year, we’ll set off no matter the conditions to ride together for the health of all hematology-oncology patients.
